Going on 2 years

Wow,
I'm shocked, maybe even a little embarrassed, at how long it has actually been since our last post. I'll make this update brief.

We have really grown to love Texas! I'll admit I had a few bouts of being "home sick" the first year, but I have quickly gotten over it. I know we don't have the mountains and the ocean like you see in the Northwest, but now every time I visit I get to be amazed by how pretty it is there. Then I get to leave and not worry about the high taxes. :)

We opened our Health Center in 2009 and I'm happy to report that it's doing great! We have an amazing team and look forward to its continued growth and having an even bigger affect on our town. Brent has the best job ever, as a Maximized Living Doctor, seeing one person after another GETTING WELL.

My original position at the front desk has been filled by two of our amazing team members. Not to brag, but I like announcing that it takes two people to fill my shoes. Haha! Now you will find me taking care of the boring, but very important office duties, like billing, etc. I miss being in the office with MY patients, so I sneak out from time to time and the team lets me get some face time in at the front desk. :)

Seeing how our business consumes most of our life right now (because we love it, and we want it to, of course) there really isn't that much more to report.

We have taken some trips over the last few years, but It's been so long that I think I'll just start fresh with new blogs and not make you read about our "beach trip" of November 2010...
